While we all want to thrive in our jobs, businesses, social circles, and more, most advice just teaches us the traditional approaches.
They tell you to do what everyone else does; and then you get the results everyone else gets.
That’s why I’m honored to have Michael Ellsberg on the show.
He’s an entrepreneur, author with three books at HarperCollins and Penguin, and writer who has been featured on the New York Times, CNN, Forbes, TIME, and much more.
He shattered many long-held paradigms about “traditional education” versus REAL education and what it takes to really succeed. He’s given speeches across the country, he’s an incredible connector, and he has never shied away from taking a stand against outdated institutions.
And given the current situation around the world, his lessons are more important than ever to help us grow, overcome new challenges, and thrive.
[Anthony’s note: I owe a lot to Michael Ellsberg’s work, in fact. In 2011, I was feeling pretty hopeless with life: I just dealt with some soul-crushing failures and was facing an uncertain, tumultuous future. But reading his book, The Education of Millionaires, transformed my perspective and motivated me to succeed despite no qualification in the careers I chose — even in the aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis.
I sincerely hope you get the same inspiration that I did from Michael.]
